I have had many rounds of feedback all saying that they were the best band we've had for years and years; I can certainly testify to the fact that the dancing was the most enthusiastic and sustained we've seen in a long time. When I was organising our wedding I was living in London and never even set foot near the area our wedding was. Choosing a band or musician you've never seen in person is really tough and there are a lot of questions around quality/ease to work with and whether they can match a mixed age guest list and keep everyone happy. After a lot of research we picked these guys and we were super happy with our choice.
They worked with our requirements and the venue's and both before hand and on the day were so great to deal with. Everything ran smoothly, all our guests (of all ages) from 16 to 60+ thought they were great and I wholly agree. Super lovely guys, great variety of music and they really worked to interact with the crowd and get people on their feet. If you have any doubt over who to choose for any event I would say you were in safe hands. Thanks a lot guys, our guests are still raving and we had such a good time with you! Carrie Callaghan

Just a note to say a huge thanks for the key role Flamin’ Nora played in making Christmas at the Lake 2014 a success on Monday night. The set you played was totally impressive from a professional point of view but impactive just as much from the point of view that the band really drew the large crowd in and delivered such an enjoyable experience. Your slick and tight presentation blew many away I think with the sense of “where have these guys been!?” You really packed a punch with your musicianship and cool vocal arrangements! WOW!!! What a night! We had Flamin' Nora play at our youth groups end of year dinner event. They were off the chain!! They had ALL the youth up and dancing and got the crowd going. They sound amazing and are very professional! Our youth said "this was the best EVER end of year dinner, can we please get Flamin' Nora back again next year!!" We had the privilege of being able to have Flamin' Nora play at our Youth Leadership Weekend OpShop ball on Saturday night, and it was an absolute blast. Our leaders did not expect such an amazing level of performance, and went absolutely nuts for them. They played their wee hearts out, and interacted with our group really well, even though we had smaller numbers. Would definitely book again, an amazing bunch of guys and a whole heap of fun. Flamin' Nora are dynamic. They are brilliant at getting a crowd up and dancing. Their sound is amazing. The lead singer is brilliant and musically they are extremely tight. They play a range of modern songs that the Year 12 and Year 13 students loved. Their music went down really well with the teachers too. I strongly recommend them for balls, weddings and birthday functions. I would have them again next year without hesitation. Christine Williams
